We can draft business plans and/or feasibility studies from scratch or review and update existing business plans and feasibility studies to help you assess what goals have been accomplished, what changes need to be made, or what new directions your project should take to grow further.

Financing and Other Support

We can help you to secure financing through our local and international network of contacts, whether you’re looking for equity, debt or a hybrid scenario. We have well-established relationships with local and international financial institutions and can support you by facilitating introductions, attending meetings and undertaking negotiations.
